PowerFx Patch and Calculated fields with Model-Driven app

Hi,

I've got what I feel like is a pretty standard client requirement that I have found a solution for but I have hit what looks like a minor limitation. The requirement is to clone a record from a form within a Model-Driven app. So I'm using Patch and the command bar. It's been working just fine until today when I realized I needed to add a couple calculated fields. Any time I add a calculated field, I get the following error back from the button on the command bar:

The specified column is generated by the server and can't be specified.

As soon as I remove the calculated field from the Patch statement, all is well again. This leads me to believe that Patch does not support calculated fields. This seems like a limitation? I would try using a formula type field but I read that it's still in Preview and it's not recommended to push that to production anytime soon. My only other option I can think of would be to resort to a Flow that would update a different type of field but that seems drastic. Does Patch really not play nice with calculated fields?

Well this is embarrassing. I just realized that I don't need to include the calculated fields in my Patch statement because they get calculated already on the record after it's cloned. Face palm. Anyway, not sure how to log this but maybe it helps someone out who is hitting a wall like I was :-).
