My list data is increased more than 2000 . So, I can not use my datasourse directly . Please let me know how I can load all the items to collection .

Still in that post it was not mentioned , how I can get more than 2000 Records from sharepoint list.
That post suggested multiple methods to getting more than 2000 records. You will have to make a determination as to what you can delegate properly and then "ask the question" to your datasource as many times as necessary until you get all the results you need.
Since that post covered many different scenarios - can you present your scenario that you are having problems with, what you've tried to do, and where you might be running into problems?
