discontinue receiving a flow that isn't mine

How can I discontinue receiving an email flow that I did not create?  While I was training a very large group, someone set up a "test" using my email address. I can't figure out who set it up so they can cancel it.

    By default, the emails will be from the person who created the Flow if using either of the Outlook connectors.

    If that doesn't help you, a Flow admin should be able to track down the offending Flow.
