I'm not sure if I got it right, but if you want the pop-up to appear after switching to new screen you can use OnVisble property of that screen, where you could Set the variable for controlling pop up visibility. Here I'm using it to hide all the possible pop-ups when entering screen:
If that screen can be reached through different means, you could set the variable controlling visibility before Back() action.
Once you have that, I would suggest to group all the pop up elements, and then change their visibility from True to the variable name.
