Dynamic Grid view from SharePoint list items

Hi,

I have a SharePoint list items with columns like Region, Market and Technician as in the below screenshot(example).

Can you please help on how to display those SharePoint items on a gallery/data table on a PowerApp whatever possible to get the same view like in the below screenshot. I am new to this Grid view kind of App Design. Items will keep on increasing on daily basis.

Importantly there are multiple Regions(example Northeast) > multiple Markets under a region > Multiple technicians under a market.

As was mentioned by @AhmedSalih - the GroupBy function is what you are needing. If you have specifics on where you are stuck or what you are trying, please provide more of those details.
