I want to send an email to a large group and ask them a question. I have create a Power Automate using send email with options and then log the answer in a SPO list. However, I am being limited by the max 50 concurrency limit. If the first 50 don't answer then the other recipients won't be sent an email.

As an alternative I was thinking of sending an email with a HTML button. This button uses a HTTP post to the list to record there answer.

The question is how to achieve this when I have 0 experience with SharePoint REST API

Interesting question, where exactly do you hit the 50 limit? Maybe you could include a screenshot of the flow and the error message?

If this is part of the PowerAutomate flow (and limit), then I would see several options of working around this:

Include a counter in the flow and after every 49 counts, build in a delay of 1min or so, such that the limit gets cleared.
Don't try to do all at once and let your flow loop through a list of your recipients and send out the emails one by one (or a few more if you allow parallel loops), as such it would be unlikely that you hit any limits.
... depending on your situation, there is bound to be more options as you do not seem to have a very tight time-pressure.
