I am Facing the PowerApps access issue.
As my company have limited PowerApps licenses as of now but the user count is more.
IF everyone from my organization wants to access the PowerApps, Do i need to assign Licenses to each person?

Yes - Microsoft licencing requires each user having a separate Office 365 Licence. Here is a pricing guide and a licensing overview.
