Hello everyone, we have created a sharepoint library where users come to submit documents for validation. These documents have a number given to them by the depositor as well as a revision index. How to check during the deposit that there is no duplicate in the association number+revision index?

Thanks in advance for your help

    This may help you out.

"Get Items" of your logged info (For comparison).

    Apply to each.

    Add an If statement Control.

Have it read as: "If Concat(*Number* + *Revision*) does not equal Concat(*Logged Number* + *Logged Revision*)

Now, your flow is filtered to avoid having duplicates.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. I'll do my best to help you out.

Thank you jnernst for your answer, it helps for sure.
I have one difficulty: *Number*+*Revision" not available in the choices offered in the dynamic contents for Get ItemS...

I only have "Body" & "Value". For the concat() on the Get Item, it is ok...

    Thanks again for your light.

That's weird, if you are fetching the information correctly it should be there. Are you positive you are getting information from the correct table?

I am glad I could help, at least, a little bit. I wish I could have finished the job for you!
