I am making an application that sends the value entered in TextInput when Botton is pressed.

Is it possible to interlock so that Botton cannot be pressed if no value is entered in TextInput, or to message that there is no value when Botton is pressed?

You can set the DisplayMode of the button to something like this:
If(IsBlank(TextInput.Text), DisplayMode.Disabled, DisplayMode.Edit)
