I have started building an app and I have connected my base data from Excel in order to start my canvas from blank.
I am able to link my gallery to the excel data but when I try link the form it won't link.

Make sure that the Excel table does not contain any calculated columns. Set the default mode of the form to New and see if the form is now visible. Then, make sure that the Item property of the form is yourgalleryname.Selected.
