Filter all day events in send e-mail flow

Hi.
I'm using the power automate flow to check weekly events and send them by email.
The problem is that "all day" events come up with the time 1:00 in the table. 
I would like to eliminate the time whenever it was an "all day" event.
This is my code "formatDateTime(addHours(items('Apply_to_each')['Start'], 0),'dd-MM-yyyy HH:mm')"
How can I carry out this process?

if( or( equals(formatDateTime(items('Apply_to_each')['Start'],'hh'),'00'), equals(formatDateTime(items('Apply_to_each')['Start'],'hh'),'01') ), formatDateTime(items('Apply_to_each')['Start'],'dd-MM-yyyy'), formatDateTime(items('Apply_to_each')['Start'],'dd-MM-yyyy hh:mm') )

Some events are not showing now.
Now i've the events of all day at 12:00
Can i dissapear them?
