Formviewr doesn't display the record or content from the data source

I have the data in the data resource but right now all the record/data doesn't display in the Formviewer.

and also in the formviewer data card the field name doesn't match with the column name in the Sharepoint.

anybody can help to fix this issue,appreciate!

Hi @Ricky24 ,

It seems that you have change the Column Name in the SharePoint List.

The Real Name of SharePoint List it can be check as below.

If you want to show the Record of Form, please fill the Formula into the Item of it.

this still doesn't work, but another app, filled with gallery.selected is ok to run

May I ask what Error Message show?
Is it the Same of Data source Between and Gallery13?

Hi @Ricky24 ,

According to the Error Message, we deduce that it is Different data source between Gallery13 and Form.

Please try this in the Item:
Lookup(FormDataSource,Gallery.Selected.ColumnName=ColumnName)
Please Note that the ColumnName is the DataSource of Gallery match with the DataSource of Form.

This is the column that contains common data between the data source of the Gallery and the data source of the Form.
