Unexpected file being created in SharePoint Folder - Save Email Attachment

I am creating a flow for retrieving an attachment from Outlook and resaving that file in a SharePoint document library with a date added to the beginning of the file.  It saves the file as expected with the new date; however, it creates another file using my concat expression.

Any assistance to get it to stop creating this 2nd file would be appreciated.  When I open the file it says File Contect.  Not sure if that's a typo or what.  Note - It was also creating additional files based on my email signature, but the Attachment are Inline "False" condition seemed to stop that.

Thanks!

Omg.  Very embarrassing.  That is what it was.  Thank you for helping me troubleshoot.

The only other thing I can think of is that you have another flow running with the same trigger that is creating the second file.  Otherwise I have no idea why you are getting two from that setup.

I took your suggestion for compose and it appears as it should with just the file name. Output attachments below.  All inputs and outputs look as expected, but it still created the extra file... I might just try rebuilding the flow from scratch.  Not sure what else to do.

Sorry, I don't see anything wrong with your flow.  I have no idea why that other file is being created.  I would suggest taking the Concat() formula and adding it to a Compose above the Create File action and then use that for the file name.  That way you can see exactly what the filename would be.

I added the Attachments Name syntax inside the concat(), see pic below, and it is still producing that odd file.  Any other suggestions?  I included my logic for When a new email arrives (V3).  Thanks!

Include the attachment name inside the Concat() function.  That's why its creating two files, because you are giving it two file name.s
