I cannot figure out why when i submit multiple Approvals nothing shows in my Approval Center. Also, i get the emails that says Approve or Reject but i cannot type a response in the email like i see in all the FLOW demos. In the demos is shows the person typing a response before pressing Approve or Reject. I don't have the option in my emails.

So my questions are why don't i see the emails on the Approval Center and why can't i respond inside my O365 Outlook Email.

I'm running Office 365 E3 Enterprise with SP Online .

Hi @dgsonic, Email approvals do not show up in the approval center, the native approval actions show up in the approval cetner. As an example,
a flow looking like above, when run will show up in the approval center,
The email approval actions, when run sends out an e-mail with the options specified in the e-mail that are configurable. Since, you are mentioning that e-mails are not having the options, can you provide some more debug info ?? What do they look like ?? What does the flow run look like ?

I found the problem.. There are more than one "Approval" templates. I was using the Office 365 Email Approval as opposed to the Approval (light blue) which works with Approval Center. You should insert a message on Approval Template icon that works with Approval center as too not get confuse with other Approval templates.

So I had to change from the Outlook 365 Approval to the other Approval (light blue) and it works.

My NEW question is i couldn't figure out how to "CHANGE" the Approvals because it was at the top of the Flow Hierarchy. The menu option to "Delete" was grayed out. How do you change an ACTION when other ACTIONS are dependent on top flow.

The "DELETE" is grayed out because there are dependent actions in the flow below it which are using it's outputs. Hence the delete is grayed out. Please delete the output tokens that you are using from the old approval action and you should be able to delete and add the new approval action.
