Hi,

I am unable to select the Download option (Screenshots attached for reference). I tried desktop recorder and Get UI information options. I couldn't figure it out. The recorder tool recognize all other elements in this page, except the player with the download button. Any help would be appreciated.

Note: I am unable to share the web page link, since it require access to login and view.

Hey can you give me the URL where you uploading. I trayed But the video & Audio only have one element. the button's coming from the video package.

Tahe the full HTML Audio HTML Tage>> after extract the URL >>Use Download from URL >>Download the Audio File

A few concerns with this method.

1) You can't access your computer or if you try, this will break the automation
2) The mouse position changes, when a file downloaded. Because the download shows at the bottom of the browser. To overcome this challenge, instead of Chrome, I had to use Edge browser to avoid the conflict with the mouse position.
