Cannot Not Open Attachment in Approval Email

I am trying to create an email approval flow that includes data and an attachment(s) from a SharePoint list.

I have gotten all the request approval data to show in the email.

The associated attachment does appear in the email; however, the file doesn't open when clicked upon.

    Can you try contentBytes instead of content ? 
    this will work as expected
