How to change timeline notes label/text in portals ?

Where in portals can I edit the text for the label when I view the record in portals ? I have attached the file in a previous page. In my case it shows the "Note Text" for some reason and also the date and users name who attached the file.

Related for this topic. Someone knows if I can change the hiperlink show in timeline from Notes.

I am working with Azure Blob Storage.

In Portal I can download the files but in Timeline I have a issue because the name file it's wrong

On CRM
