There is a check box.
But in power apps , the check box changed to drop-down box DATACARD.

Is this column a Choice type in SP? If you use Integrate to create an App, it will automatically display this column using the dropdown control by default. This means that your custom SP editing style will not be automatically updated into the App. You will need to set the style in the App.
You can re-add a Radio control to the card and set its Items to
Choices([@SPlist].column)
and set the update of card to
Radio1.Selected
