LookUp for an Excel workbook that has 220k records not returning the correct record based on the full string

I have an Excel file saved on a SharePoint site that currently has 250,000 unique records. It is connected to a Power App. In my Power App, there is a text input where the user can input a 20-digit call number. However, using the LookUp function to test it, it is not returning the correct result.

Using LookUp(data, call_number = "00001138921663156830", call_number) should return "00001138921663156830", which is in the Excel file. However, when I change the string to:

LookUp(data, call_number = "00001138921663156831", call_number), it still returns the call_number in the file (i.e., 00001138921663156830. It shouldn't return anything for the string ending in a 1 since that call_number is nowhere in the Excel file.

It seems like the LookUp function is not comparing the entire 20 character length string. How can I fix this?
