Missing out some data

I'm utilizing Raza Dorrani's example technique to move data from SharePoint to Excel and then email it to the user.

But the problem is that I am unable to obtain all of the data - some of the items (rows) are missing for the client.

    When a flow doesn't return as much data as expected, it is usually a paging issue. You probably need to enable paging on your Get items action. You can read about paging at Understanding Pagination in Power Automate - DEV Community. Even with paging, there are still limits to how much data can be returned.
