173I am not sure it is a bug or by design. If you create a power platform environment with CDS, approvals will not work by default. Even if enabled by DLP. Strangely enough an Admin has to first run an Approval workflow to setup all the entities and THEN makers can start using it. Very strange. It also takes a few hours after the first run for it to work
