MS Form : save attachments on Sharepoint in Folders per submisson

Hi, after looking at multiple youtube videos, reading the community blog, reddit, etc. I can't find this answer, so I'm asking here.

Here's the flow we're trying to do :

user fill out the MS Form and upload attachments : working
the attachments are uploaded on our team Sharepoint: working
Now, we want the attachments to be inside a folder. There will be a new folder created per submisson and including all attachments for that submission.

We don't want to use the Sharepoint library or list, just having folders per submisson.

The folder name should be the ID of the submission form (and not the user that filled out the form)

Something like this

It seems so simple, but I can't find the answer. I hope someone here can. Thank you in advance!

Hi there,

Well, after your form is submitted, you'll want to grab the Response ID and make a folder, using "Create Folder".

Then, for each file, you'll just move them into that folder like this:

This will be inside of an "Apply to Each", where you've retrieved each of your "Files To Move" (and your File ID will be in the "File To Move" above.)

Hi again,
so the folder is created, that's good.
It's the files that are not moving.

On the Apply to each, I select the Dynamic content from "Get response details" Upload files documents. I think I'm not using the right output...

I finally solved it ! I suddendly got this error :
You cannot copy or move files between the Forms directory and a document library. First copy the file outside of the site and then upload from that location.

so when I switch to create folder inside the forms Upload documents path, it all worked !
