Can you put the contents of a PowerApps Collection in the body of an email when you create a Flow?

Can you use the PowerApps Collection contents for the file content when you want to use a Flow to create a file in SharePoint?

If either of these is possible, then how would you do it?

A collection can be "written into" an existing SP list, which the flow could subsequently access.

Collect(MySPList, MyLocalCollection)

The two schemas have to be compatible (they do not have to match exactly, but there can't be any type conflicts).

I don't think the SPList would work for us because the info they're sending requires approval, and it would be inefficient to have to approve one line at a time.

Let me explain exactly what I want to happen. Then you might be able to steer me in the direction for the simplest solution

I have an app that acts as a means to place an order. Users enter info into serveral textinput boxes and press a button that adds the info as a collection entry. They are usually going to have serveral entries in the collection. They can then look at a gallery to view all the entries they put in the collection. When they hit a "submit" button i want all the info in the collection to be sent via email or in a file that is saved in a SharePoint library. I don't have to use a collection. I just want my users to be able to create an order with multiple items and have that info be sent via email and/or a file on sharepoint. What is the BEST way to do this via PowerApps?

I see. This process is described in quite a bit of detail in some of the earlier posts. See this for example:

Here's what you need to do:
1. Connect your Submit button to a flow that e.g. sends an email
2. On submit, aggregate/assemble the body of your email based on the local data.
3. After aggregating, pass that value to the Flow

For (2), you can make use of the Concat function to accomplish this. It will iterate over your local collection and allow you to aggregate the rows into a text value, which will ultimately become the email body in this case.

Hi

I have created Shopping Apps for my son using
- Collection
- Concatenate
- Comcast
- SaveData and LoadData
And with a click of submit button, email with embeded html body.
