Getting "ActionBranchingConditionNotSatisfied" error

Hello All,

I am a newbie using Power Automate with Survey123 connector. I created a new flow and included a "Yes" and "No" conditions, because including only "Yes" condition was giving me this error: ActionBranchingConditionNotSatisfied. The execution of template action 'Send_an_email_(V2)' skipped: the branching condition for this action is not satisfied.

So, after adding the "No" condition, I get emails when No condition is satisfied. But I am still wondering why would my "Yes" condition not satisfy at first place. Can anyone please throw some light on my confusion? This is what I did for conditions:

Thank you so much in advance for your time to look at my query and your advise.

    Hi @ahzmah ,

It seems that the configuration in Condition is not shown to us, please provide the screenshot of the configuration of Condition.

Besides, please try to add a Compose above Condition to output the dynamic content that you want to configure in Condition and check if the value of the Dynamic content as expected.

    Best Regards,

    Hi Barry,

Thank you for replying to my query. It seems like I am unable to attach the image as it is not giving me any browse option when I click on the camera icon. It just pops up a message and asks to fill a form of source name, image description, dimension, constraints, but doesn't give option to upload an image.

My conditions that I used were:

featureFName is equal to First Name

featureLName is equal to Last name

featureEmail is equal to Email Id

    featureTelephone is equal to Telephone

At last I was able to upload image after posting and editing my reply.

Thank you so much again for your first reply. Waiting for your advise on this one.

    Re: Getting "ActionBranchingConditionNotSatisfied" error

Hi @wwatkins - Since I am new in using Power Automate and Survey123, I don't think I have that kind of knowledge to suggest what could be wrong with your query. I suggest you open a new query thru your account instead of adding it to my thread, that way many people will be able to see it.

As a temporary solution, what I did was, I had added the same configuration of "Yes" condition in "No" condition and that worked for me. I am able to get notification emails after a survey gets submitted. But I still want to figure out why would I get that error message with only "Yes" condition. That is why I had posted my query originally. I am pretty sure you will get replies from the Pros when you create your new thread and post it there. Sorry for not being a help to you.

    Re: Getting "ActionBranchingConditionNotSatisfied" error

You are welcome @wwatkins - In fact there is one more way without applying any condition. I tried this and it worked for me, so thought of sharing this too. All you have to do is after you pick the survey, in the next condition box that opens type "Send me an email notification" and choose the service provider - Gmail, Outlook
