From what I can tell, the built in connector to Instagram for Powerapps doess not allow you to post anything. It also seems that Flow doesn't allow you to post to Instagram. Does anyone know of a workaround that would allow me to post to Instagram from Powerapps?

I'm afraid it's not supported in PowerApps currently.
For now, you could only get some data from ins.
