How to append rows in a gallery

I have a gallery for which i retrieve data where the All Locations boolean field is true.

In the items of the gallery i use the formula

Filter(ABC Table,Active=true,'All locations'=true).

I have another field called Location which will enable only if All Locations field is false.When I use the below formula i retrieve the records of those that are pertaining to the user's location

Filter(ABC Table,Location= USerlocation). where USerlocation is a vaiable storing the login user's location.

In my gallery I have to display records which have All location set to true as well as those records which are mapped to the user's location. How can i append these two set of rows and display it in my gallery?
