Is it possible to extract the list data with filters like sample i have a FieldA.
I just wan to filter FIeldA where in if it is NULL, the power automate will extract the SP List data and send in email like weekly extraction?

I set up a simple flow can filter FIeldA where in if it is NULL and send an email.
You can refer to the screenshot below:

After flow runs, i will receive an email as below:

i've tried this, but how do i fix the output? note that Reason for MSI and Project columns are dropdown fields
Is your Resson for MSI column a choice type?
If yes, Please select "TEST Value" directly from the dynamic content and try again.(My TEST column is a choice type)
