Short URL - Get file contents

Hi Everyone!

 

I have been struggling with this problem for a while and cannot seem to find a solution. 

I have a link which is obtained through an email that has been received (it is not an attachment but a link within the body of the text). I am able to open the file and view it. 

The URL from the link is a short URL. The file is stored on on of our SharePoint sites, which I have access for. 

I cant directly go to the file due to the location where the file is saved being inconsistent (hence the use of the link in an email). 

Is there a way I can get the file content of this PDF? I would prefer to use the cloud power automate rather than desktop as not all users have

    Hi @sjemmerson1992,

    Do you want to get file content using URL?

    You can use 'Upload file from URL' action to create a file, and the get the content of file.
