I am attempting to add either an option inside a Form control or a text input that can append commends in this section on my sharepoint list. I would like to be able to make a comment when submitting the form and also display the results when I view the form. I have been doing research on this topic but I'm not sure this is possible inside of powerapps. I would appreciate some pointers or articles if you have any! Thank you all!

Unfortunately, these are not available from Power Apps.
