Need to show optionset field values in approvals and send email actions

Hi,

I am using approvals and need to show optionset values in body and hyperlink as well

eg Service : Broad band but im getting value like 9900000033

For hyperlink I tried <href> tag but it did not work.

Hi @krishnna

Can you check and confirm if the choice type column has data on the row for which the flow is being triggered? You can also check in the run history by expanding the trigger and see if the choice column has the data.

Hi @krishnna

Assuming this is for Dataverse, for the optionset value, you need to select the value instead of the name of the field from the dynamic selector. At times, the value is not available in the dynamic selector, but you can get the key value pair mapping to the label of the option from the outputs of the action. For hyperlink in email, make sure you switch to code mode on the send email action. You can do so by clicking the icon highlighted in the screenshot below:
