Saving the collection to an editable file without premium connectors

Hi, I have an application that is used to create assortment orders. The order is saved in PDF on One Drive and now I have a problem because the order must give the possibility of editing. Without using premium connectors, is it possible to save such an order to an editable file (word, excel)?

    You can look at a Word Document using the QuickParts function
