Hi All, I want to make a Power Virtual Agent / Bot for staff to message.

I want them to first hit a topic on whether they are coming or going, I then want them to respond to a duration question if they going

For the first topic "Out" I want to add a row to excel, adding to the row: date, time, action (Out) name (person who messaged the bot) and duration. Is it then possible to do some more advance tasks, such as message the user asking if they are back yet and if they need more time away,

For the second topic I need to update the row where name is name of staff member changing action to "In"

I finally need to add a third topic which lists all "Out" staff

If this isn't the best place to start please point me in the correct direction,

Hey there @LHS_NEIT,

Power Virtual Agents does not support sessions of longer than 30 minutes, therefore I feel that it may not be the best fit for this sort of use case. I think you may be better served by a combination of a trigger-based Power Automate Flow for receiving the message, and then a scheduled Flow that checks that spreadsheet every (time interval) in order to see if any entries are over the expected time limit of being out, and sending a message. Or at least something of that sort.
