Hello,

Looking for a bit of advice as I am at a loss on this issue.

I have an app that is working perfectly well for myself, and up until Christmas was working well for my colleague. However, my colleague is now experiencing issues.

The form below is displaying correctly for me:

The grey fields are disabled, the totals have a calculation on it: No of Delivery Hours x Rate = Total

However, the greyed out Rate fields are blank and the totals are not calculating/showing for my colleague even though they displayed fine in December.

I have had other colleagues test this and it displays correctly for them. I am unable to replicate the issue and have no idea how to resolve this.

I have asked my colleague to try using a different browser, I have checked the permissions on the connected data sources, but still getting the same issue.

Has anyone come across a similar issue or can you advise what else I can do to try and resolve this?

The form is connected to SP List - LDR_EnquiryDetails.

The record is selected from a Gallery, and the OnSelect property of the button on gallery is:

Set(varRequest, ThisItem)

The Forms Item property is set to varRequest

The No. of field, is a Number field, Default property is: ThisItem.Delivery_No

The Rate, the greyed out fields are disabled, the default on the datacard is £75.00, and the Default of the text input is "£" & Text(Parent.Default,"0.00")

The total fields, are all disabled, the default property of the datacard is a calculation: DataCardValue10_1.Text * DataCardValue11_1.Text

The default of the text input is "£" & Text(Parent.Default,"0.00")

Rate DataCard Default property:

75

Rate DataCardValue Default property

Text(Value(Parent.Default),"£#.00")

Total DataCard Default property:

Value(DataCardValue10_1.Text) * Value(DataCardValue11_1.Text)

Total DataCardValue Default property:

Text(Value(Parent.Default),"£#.00")

thanks for the reply, managed to get it resolved. it was browser issue. cleared cache and it started working again
