My powerapps is pinned on Microsoft teams. And I would like have a url link to open a specific page with record (such as parameter) in PowerApps embedded on Teams. Does anyone know how to build a url for this? I am not sure what works with specific records.

Do you want to generate a URL Link, clicking it would navigate you to specific page in your embedded canvas app in your Teams Channel?
If you want to generate a URL Link, clicking it would navigate you to specific page in your embedded canvas app in your Teams Channel, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.
Actually, when you embed your canvas app into a Teams Channel, it use the <iframe> HTML tag to embed your canvas app into the Teams Channel as below:
Currently, there is no way to pass parameter value from a URL into the <iframe> HTML tag. If you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps, please submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:

My app is pinned in Microsoft Teams left-sided menu, not in a channel.

Thanks for your feedback. Just as I mentioned in previous reply, no matter where you pin your canvas app, as Custom App in left-side menu or in a Team Channel, the canvas app is essentially embedded into your Teams using <iframe> HTML Tag.
