How to get direct link powerapp item in the email body?

I am adding to item to sharepoint from Powerapp. After adding item to sharepoint I am sending email with flow. This is all good.

But I need to provide a link to powerapp item (which added item) in the email body. When user click it should redirect them to powerapp detail view item (Not sharepoint list item).

Please provide me step by step. I am able to get sharepoint item link in the email body but not power app detail item view.

Hey,
Thanks for your help.

But I have small issue proper ID detail form. I have https://web.powerapps.com/apps/955737dc-d53b-4eca-b71c-92c7ed067a29?ID=6 of Sharepoint list item id. It is alway showing ID=1 details form. Not ID=6 form.

On timer I have given this.
If(Not(IsBlank(Param("ID"))),Navigate(DetailForm, Cover,{ID:LookUp('Projects And Tasks', ID=Value(Param("ID")))}))

I placed ID field on DetailForm also. How to show right details form for this? not alway ID=1

Try to use just use a label to make sure the value that the app is returning is correct, if the value is coming back as 6 try using a variable as a intermediate step.
