Trigger Flow from MS Teams Message not Work for Mobile

Hi All,

I'm new to Power Automate, I would need your help in a simple trigger from MS Teams flow below

In simple words, it create the flow and add a shortcut in MS Teams under "More actions" options.

Popup a adaptive card for capturing user input then proceed other decided action

(Ref. "For a selected message" trigger)

I question is, it works for me in PC side's MS Teams.

While I'm going to test my work under Mobile MS Teams, I found there are no option "More actions" can be select.

May I know if any tricks for enabling in my Mobile for the flow created?

Hi @WalterWong ,

Many functions that support on Pc mode however it don't support in the Mobile mode currently. and I'm afraid that the "More actions" function for the "For a selected message" action is not supported in the mobile app currently.

Was just wondering if there had been any update on the underlying ask of this topic. Last answered in Sept of 2020. Its now April of 2022. Is this still the case? If it still doesn't work - Is it in the road map? We don't adopt solutions that won't work in both desktop and mobile app. The "For a selected message" power automate trigger action is exactly what we need - but can't adopt if it won't work on mobile. Any update is helpful. Thanks.

Even the chat with the flow bot crashes the teams app on mobile. It's essential to make flows work on mobile too.

Is there any update to this? Any way of getting Flows working on the mobile apps?

I see a message on this board from 2017 where MS said flows would be supported “in a few weeks”. But the only flows I see in the menu are a handful of random, useless ones. Surely we need the “more actions” menu in order to see our custom flows.

Is there anything new? It is really annoying that this type of trigger does not work from the mobile application
