PowerApps App without that people can edit the data

I want to build such PowerApps App (uses the SQL Connector) which later on gets embedded into Sharepoint.

I want to make sure that people CAN NOT EDIT anything in the data but are able to browse the data.

Is it enough just to remove the EDIT button or are there other specific things which have to get locked or removed, so that people only can browse the data but never edit?

There's plenty of ways to do that - you can set up the app to display the data how ever you want. Use text labels, galleries, buttons, whatever.

Ok, thanks. I thought there was some kind single way to avoid that people can edit anything in such app. I will check then labels, buttons and so on.

Sure, no worries. The only way data will end up getting committed will be with some willfully-inserted formula, such as Patch(), SubmitForm(), UpdateIf, etc... Even if you accidentally put in text input fields to display the data, they could type in the text field and change it all they want - but the data source would remain unchanged.
