Broken Connections

Hello,

I am having an issue with the connections from my flows. When I try to edit a flow, I receive the following error:

Failed to create connection for connection id '/providers/Microsoft.PowerApps/apis/shared_sharepointonline/connections/shared-sharepointonl-B45A144E-CCE4-48FA-A6F6-A48030F58237'. Failed to fetch

When I check the connections, they are all showing as connected and none appear to need fixed.

When I try to create a new flow, I receive the following error:

It looks like something went wrong.

If you contact support, you may be asked to provide the following details:

Has anyone had this issue before?

Thank you!

    yes @hxc821  please wait for 24hrs and then try to create new conections. If the conections works well then update the conections in your flow.

    @ChristianAbata

    Hi Christian, thank you for the reply.

    Do you know what would normally cause this issue?

    This is the first time I have come across this issue. I was able to edit my flows yesterday evening without any issues.

    @Jcook

    Hey Josh,

    Thank you for your reply. I usually use Google Chrome for Flow. I tried switching to FireFox and Internet Explorer and I am still having the same issue.

    Below is a screen shot of the error.

    I am unable to use the Sign in button noted in the screen shot.

    I haven't had this issue before and was using flow last night. Unfortunately this issue is on all of my flows, so I am unable to use flow at the moment.

    Have you had this issue before?

    Thank you for your help!

    Hannah

    @hxc821  as I told you Microsoft send a message to all admins that some services are going to have breaks.

    Re: Broken Connections

    Hello,

    Thank you both for looking into this. I found out this morning that the error was related to an internet connection issue. I am working from home due to the Coronavirus quarantine.

    For some reason my home wifi started causing issues. I disconnected from that and I am now using my phone as a hotspot. I was able to connect without issue after changing the internet connection.

    Thank you!

    @hxc821 l am experiencing a similar issue, and using the mobile phone hotspot does indeed resolve the problem. Thanks for that suggestion!

    Have you managed to move back to your local WiFi connection by now? Or are you still "stuck" with the hotspot solution?

    Thanks>

    @NJ1980

    Hello,

    I am still using my phone hotspot. I can occasionally connect with my home wifi, but I still experience the connection issue pretty frequently on my home wifi.

    I only need to use the hotspot when trying to edit the flows. The flows are able to trigger and run without issue on my home wifi.

    Thanks!
