editing Customer Self-Service Portal

Hello everyone,

I created the portal from existing template and I would like to edit the Customer self service portal , but I am not able to edit it as the button is disabled.

Kindly help on this.

If you installed it recently It may not have fully installed yet - check the url you provided when setting up in a browser to see if it loads the home page.

Hi @Anonymous , It is still provisioning environment for you. Sometimes it depends on the region you have chosen. Please wait for some time and try a page refresh.

PS: Email might have also triggered once it is ready.
