This should work fine. You are just missing the [Id] column itself in the SELECT statement. Try this:
SELECT [Id], MAX([timein]), MIN([timeout])
FROM [dbo].[DTRPrint]
GROUP BY [Id]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
