I wont to build a flow that will send a choice of options to 150 users on Microsoft teams every week. Their responses are to be stored in a excel file. This is supposed to be a weekly work happiness evaluation form. I don't want to use Microsoft forms, because it is more clicking and more irritating for users than simply choosing one option from few presented to you by flow bot.
But I ran into many problems: In cloud version of power automate, I couldn't find a way to send messages and receive responses parallelly to each other. Before second message could be sent, the first had to be responded, which make it unusable for a large number of users. In desktop version of power automate, there is a possibility to make a "for each loop" and to make it execute multiple instances in parallel, which is great. However, I cant find an action similar to "Post a choice of options as a flowbot to a user". I cant find any action elated to ms teams. Can anyone help me with my problem? Is there some easy fix that I couldn't find?
