How to skip a failed row in excel in the flow?

Hi,

Does anyone know how to skip a line in the excel that has failed to send to the targeted receiver?

Context:

I created a flow that sends each individual rows in the excel table to specific target audience for that row.

However, sometimes the targeted receiver may not receive the flow as he has blocked the Power Automate flow bot. The rest of the target receiver will receive the message as intended. However, I realized that the row that fails to sent to target receiver will be sent to the next receiver, which is not the targeted receiver. How do I skip the failed rows and make sure the target receiver only receives the intended rows of information (without the previous failed rows)?

Thank you.

    Hi There,

To skip failed rows in your Excel-based Power Automate flow and make sure that the target receiver only receives the intended rows of information, Implement error handling:

Store the failed rows using  a storage like SharePoint list or Excel file to temporarily store the information about the failed rows, including the row data and the recipient's information.

Filter the intended rows  before sending messages to the target receivers, filter the Excel table to exclude the rows stored in the storage that correspond to previously failed attempts.

Please give kudos and mark as solution if it helps.

    Thanks,

    Hi there,

Thanks for your reply. I'll only know if the row has failed to send after sending the power automate message. Was thinking if I can add something to the flow itself to skip the failed ones.
