Send an email when a file is created but unable to open file

I am currently testing with only myself as a recipient. The files that should be sent is always a pdf. once per day. and file naming format is always the same with the only change being the date.

The purpose of this is that when a file is added to the specified folder, the an email will be sent to the intended recipients, with the attached file/pdf.

The main issue I am unable to open and read the file thats attached. the email is sent and received quickly. but I am unable to open the file.

a second smaller issue I'm having trouble with is how to change the message portion. I can get a message on there, but I cant seem to put an image of a logo to send as part of that message.

I am very unfamiliar with power automate., if it makes a difference.

    Hi there @shinegull ,

In the second spot where you put your attachment context, you need to use the "File Content" - not the name again. This will be the issue. To get that, you'll need to add another action.

Now, to add images into your email body, you could give this a try:

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Insert-image-in-Send-Email-V3/td-p/958368

Note that the user says that your image(s) must be loaded into OneDrive, then use Get File Content, and place that formula into the body of the email.
