I thought I should put it out there that we've found the 'Wait for window content' is no longer working for the latest April update.
PAD seems to continue after the Wait for window content action regardless, I've experienced the same results on two different machines (laptop & server), upon reverting to the February update everything was fine again - Possibly everyone else will be fine, still I'd recommend thoroughly testing any flows that use the wait for window content action if you apply the latest April update (19.139.22098)
