Could you share more details on your scenario?

Do you want to create a new sheet in Excel file using Flow? I am afraid that it is not possible currently. We could use flow to insert rows to an existing table but not create a new spreadsheet. If you need this feature, please submit a request on Flow Ideas Forum:

To export from PowerApps to Excel table, you should create an app based on table, then submit data from PowerApps to the table.
