It's an excelent question. I would advise creating your Power Automates in solutions where they are organized and available to everyone. Don't forget to make other users as Owners so that they can have access to it.
One issue is that if you leave the company, the connectors associated with your account will stop working. One of the other owners will have to edit and re-set the connectors.
Using a service account is a good idea but it can break some sort of licensing. Probably someone from Microsoft can chime in here.
