how can I print the data I added to the collection to an excell file in flow.Excell files that I created with Flow get corrupted error.

Which one do you want:
1)update excel by the collection data?
2)generate a excel by using the collection data?
If you want 1), you do not need to use flow. Firstly, please update your excel file to onedrive. Then connect your app with one drive.
Try this formula:
Collect(exceltable,collectionname)
If you want 2), then you need to use flow.

If you more want to make this in flow, I suggest you post your issue in flow forum. There will be flow engineers that could help you.

Do you want to save the data in the collection to excel?
If so, using this formula is ok:
Please firstly upload your excel file in one drive and connect the app with your one drive. Then you cold connect your excel table with your app. Do not forget to format your excel data as a table.
After you connect with the table successfully, use the formula that I suggested to update.
