Hello
I'm trying to use the Office 365 Outlook connector and the Send an email (v2) action and I've noticed that the ability to enter custom email body html is missing from the new editor environment. I used to be able to switch into an email source editor and just paste in the source of an email designed elsewhere. this is now not possible and the new editor does not offer the level of customisation I need.
I'm looking for what this page calls the classic designer - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/email-customization?tabs=classic-designer . Is there anyway to get this functionality back?
thanks
Yeah - top right hand corner.
Make sure to save first.
Ah fantastic, I did not see that!
Thank you 🙂
Unfortunately, when I returned to classic mode, all the html that was in there was broken. I had tried to edit in the new mode first... and had saved. Then when I reverted back to classic, the html in there was mess.
I was fortunate to have a copy of the original html for the emails in question (I write/design in MJML and convert), so I wasn't affected by this. I don't think this new editor should be enabled by default just yet.
I heartily agree.
100% agree. I'm excited about it - and still enabling as default at this stage seems very rushed and ill considered.
