Is it possible to write data into multiple Excel files using power automate from a single form?

So for example, we have to process phone orders at work, and the information for the orders needs to be submit into two to three forms depending on what is required.

One is for record keeping where the details of the requirements go (user name, SIM number, departmental cost code etc.).

One is for the charge sheet which is sent to the finance department to charge for the device.

The final one will go to the network provider for activation of the SIM (this one is dependent one whether they require a SIM).

I want to set it up so I can input the data once into the form and it will input it to the correct fields in the relevant spreadsheets. Is this possible? I mean, ideally I'd like a form to scrape the order submission from our ticketing system but that may be asking for too much at the moment. I may just use the form to replace the ticket and have the user submit the form themselves if I can set it up correctly but that's another conversation!

Thank you in advance.

    Hi @Nived_Nambiar

Yes that's correct! It doesn't have to be a form necessarily, anything that can update 3 forms at once with a single submission of data. However, not all of the data will be on every form, so let's say I have 6 pieces of data (name, email, SIM number etc), only 3 of them will be on one of the forms, 4 of them may be on another, etc.It won;t be the exact same row of data on each form.
