The form I created is having trouble resetting

I formatted my form in such a way where it only stays within the EditForm screen. However, after submitting the first entry to a sharepoint list, the form can't regenerate and stays blank.

Your second screen shot indicates there is an error related to that screen. Can you hover over the red X and advise what the error is? It may be related to your problem.

It pertains within the Data part of the editform.

OK. So what is the error shown when you hover over the red x for Item on your latest screenshot? Any errors could be impacting the results you are receiving so it is best to make sure they are all resolved when debugging a problem.

I honestly have no idea what this field pertains to. Even if I make it blank which fixes the error, it still will show up as blank.
